		<description><![CDATA[A controlled helium ballon could be a solution for the power problem the motors don&#039;t need to be running all the time.
There was a project using balloons by some guys i know in brussels but the project was much more expensive, here are the links:

		<description><![CDATA[Just a short question: wouldnt creating a glider be much more sensible with the projects you have in mind. A helicopter like you plan to build must draw a lot of current and your battery wont last long. you cant do much forest surveillance with 10min flight time. 

Of course I know nothing about this field, but an approach like this(http://soaring.goosetechnologies.com/) would make more sense to me at least.
